Owner is onsite daily and one job is installed at a time, insuring proper quality control and pride in craftsmanship.
Clients will be given a final "walk thru" Any punch lists will be completed before final payment is due.
Sod installation will be installed after humus organic soil mix will be rototilled thoroughly, then finish graded, compacted with sod roller then irrigation coverage tested.
Sod guaranteed for 90 days.
Dry creek beds will be excavated and installed with river rocks of various sizes to look nature made.
