Landwell Design + Build Co. is made up of a diverse team of creative professionals; we are an assemblage of designers, artists, builders and horticulturists whose collective experience and ingenuity constitutes a unique perspective that transcends the traditional bounds of landscape design and construction. We're deeply rooted in the Central Coast, with bachelor's degrees in Landscape Architecture and Environmental Horticulture from Cal Poly.
Our professional experience includes collaborative design work at a major multi-disciplinary design firm, skilled horticultural maintenance, residential and commercial landscape design and construction, graphic design, carpentry, photography and interior design. As born adventurers, our team members spend a significant amount of free time exploring and pulling inspiration from the natural world, so the outdoor spaces we design are strongly influenced by the texture, repetition and balance of native landscapes.
We are equally attracted to the minimalism and restraint of modern architecture and interiors; contemporary spaces that are constructed with intention and precision that utilize forward-thinking and environmentally-conscious methods and materials.
