We just bought this house in March. I wasn't home but my wife was when they came to blowout our sprinklers. We found out because of them that we had a second valve for the sprinklers in the front yard separate from the backyard. I knew Saul in high school, we weren't the closest of friends but we knew each other. You could tell back then he was an good, honest guy and has proven he still is.
