My lifelong fascination, plus twenty-five years of business in Horticulture/Garden Design, probably began as early as that elementary school project of folding a green bean into a wet paper towel and watching it spring to life. Witnessing that magic in plants still remains the driving force behind my work in the garden today. Over the years, I've had great opportunities to work with extraordinarily talented and successful garden professionals.
Beginning as an apprentice, I grew to be the foreman on projects of all sizes throughout New York City and the Tri-State area.

My clients back patio originally consisted of random flagstone slates scattered about under lawn furniture.
By adding more stone panels, a new path TO the patio wAS secured with sunken railroad ties.
