If I were to damage anything on your property I will promptly alert you and will do my absolute best to get it fixed. I will not do any burnouts or make any ruts in your lawn with my equipment because it is one of the most highest complaints that I hear from customers about their previous service provider, next to leaving their gates unlocked and open.
I do not skip on my customers and if for any reason I cannot make it to your property I will communicate with you in advance, and if I fail to communicate with you I will give you a FREE mowing service!. We will NOT leave your gates unlocked or left open and we will not forget to blow off your front and back patio/porch. We will not leave any spots missed either by our mower or weedeater.
If you already have an existing lawn care provider and they are not communicating with you properly or servicing you at the time they stated or if they don't even show up, give me, Carlos Garcia, a call!. I don't tolerate shenanigans because COMMUNICATION, HONESTY, and RELIABILITY, in my opinion, are the most valuable skills required in life when you are working with people.
