Greening-Up Landscape Maintenance Inc. has over 35 years of experience in the Northern Colorado area. We are an award winning Landscape Company and maintain the grounds of many businesses and HOAs. We are proud to have staff members that have passed the rigorous testing to become Certified Landscape Technicians. One of our CLT employees also holds a B.S. in Horticulture and another holds a B.S. in Turf Management and spent the first part of his career as a golf course superintendent. We have another staff member that has a B.S. in Turf Management and spent time as an assistant superintendent on a Colorado golf course.

Greening-Up implements "green" business practices by recycling all yard wastes, performing irrigation audits, minimizing herbicide applications through healthier turf and plants and using state of the art equipment and best business practices.

Greening Up is very conscious of our customer's concerns regarding drought conditions.
While the state of Colorado suffers from drought conditions, we at Greening Up are staying current and informed of the various water restrictions implemented by the municipalities and water districts.

We just renewed our contract with Greening-Up Landscape for 2 more years for our HOA; they passed our trial period with flying colors.
They were remarkable in cleaning up in our common areas; out here at 8 AM after the storm and were out cleaning up everything in our neighborhood.
They have been out recently doing the spring clean up and getting everything ready for the summer.
We pay extra for snow removal and we have had 2 hail storms and 1 wind storm so that is extra for clean up.
We have 221 homes here that split the bill for this company.
