George Bridge has the largest collection of unique and mature plants, trees, and boxwood in the country. His collections are located on twenty-five acres called Acorn Farm and in Southern Virginia on three hundred acres. Acorn Farm, our Maryland facility and main operating office sits on 20 acres with 15 of which are set up as an arboretum style rather than a true nursery growing operation.
Our collection of plant material is scattered about the farm and laid out as such to provide a pleasant walk through while being able to see how the structure, texture and colors of the various plant material work together.
Our plants, gathered which have come from different places over the years, are individually cared for through soil preparation, hand watering and root pruning as necessary.

These trees all transplant well and would be a great addition to any garden especially if you are looking to do an archway entry feature with living trees.
