At Valentine-Gardening, we believe in using native plants and sustainable gardening practices to enhance your garden.
Our naturalistic garden designs are beautiful, ecologically sound, and require very little upkeep once established. With something always in bloom or fruit, your garden will be an ever-changing kaleidescope of color, texture, form, and light. Services
The First Meeting - The design process begins with an informal design consult.
During this first meeting we'll have a detailed discussion about what you would like to do with your site/garden, as well as a walk through so you can show me your property and areas you want me to design.
I will observe and record your site conditions (e.g., sunlight, any drainage or erosion problems, existing vegetation, structures and utilities.)
I will also take photos of your site.
At the end of our meeting, I'lll give you some design ideas, a rough sketch of your property, and recommendations for plants that will work in your garden.
