Brabham's is a fifth generation Columbia area small business. HJ Brabham came to Columbia in 1919 and opened a seed and floral company on Hampton Street. In 1939, we moved to Assembly Street where we became Brabham's Seed & Hardware. We carried all farming essentials and more for the season and farming year. In the Fifties and Sixties we began expanding with plants and trees.
In 1984, 4th generation proprietors Phil & Donna Huneycutt reorganized with a different approach: opening a small greenhouse and then another and starting our own landscaping services. With a pick-up truck and a shovel we came to where we are today. Our journey hasn't been easy, but with hard work and perseverance we're continuing our tradition into the 5th generation with our son Joey.

We pride ourselves by growing 85 to 90% of our own plants including: Flowing plants, Bedding Flowers, Vegetation, Shrubs, Trees, Ground Covers and so much more!
If we don't have what you want on site - we can order it with quick delivery!
We also carry an array of pottery and planters along our gorgeous Mexican pottery selection - the most affordable in town!
