During this consultation, our goal is to quickly assess your existing landscape and site conditions, identify your goals and direction, and to determine the project scope and design fee. It will help if you have a plat or survey of the property and any other items that will communicate your landscape goals.
Depending on your needs and the scope of the project, the design package will likely include a master design plan, which will portray detailed information such as specific plants, hardscape materials, and other landscape elements in a scaled drawing.A short time after the design contract is signed, the designer will return to the site to do a site inventory and analysis, take photographs and measurements to aid in the preparation of the design.
It is not necessary for you to be present and we will always let you know when we are on your property. Project installation, if desired, is scheduled upon receipt of a signed cost proposal and deposit. Your designer works with an experienced installation company to oversee the project implementation and communicates progress and any potential changes with you.
