The company was started when the owner, Marty Heede went back to finish his last year of college in the early 1990's.
Needing a part-time job while going back to college, he started maintaining the landscapes of rental properties throughout the Sacramento and Elk Grove areas.
After receiving his degree from Sacramento State, he decided to go full time with the business.
As the landscape maintenance side of the business grew so did the demand for additional landscape services.
