In 1987, the Downtown Boise Association was founded to revitalize the heart of Boise.
Part of their strategic plan was to enhance the streetscapes to draw people to downtown restaurants & stores.
This started with twelve concrete flowerpots in the Grove.
They hired Pro Care to install, water, & maintain the twelve planters.
Now nearly 600 planters adorn downtown sidewalks and Pro Care has designed, installed, & cared for every single one of them for over 34 years!
