Coming to Newport, RI from Ireland, William Gill Sr. began working landscaping as a way to begin his own business. His work soon became his passion with the rich landscaping heritage of guilded Newport. He passed this trade, skill and talent to his son, William Jr. Today William Gill Jr. and his third generation of sons, Brian and Kevin carry on the tradition of reliable, professional, quality landscaping services.

Gill Landscaping is truly a local, family run business. We purchase all our landscaping supplies from local nurseries and businesses located on and around Aquidneck Island. Gill Landscaping & Irrigation is a proud member of the Rhode Island Nursery and Landscape Association and the Newport County Contractors Association. We are ICPI and Pavestone Certified.
