I must admit that when we first hired total on sprinkler, I was very excited to have them come on board for our home owners association landscaping maintenance after reading all of the reviews. We encountered a few issues as every HOA always does, which led to some stress however, the way they handled each and every situation made us feel more comfortable with our original choice to move over to TLS for our maintenance. We will definitely be renewing with them next year, knowing that they are not perfect, but they always work through every situation that we’ve had with them with a great level of professionalism.
