Prior to his dad retiring Joe worked with his father in the business for 10+ years.
His father's business was very successful, and Joe wanted to continue and grow his own business.
Joe's great work ethics comes from his father being a 1st generation into the United States coming over from Spain as a Basque Sheepherder.
Joe is very proud of his Basque Heritage.
