COUNTRY NURSERY, Inc., owned by Mike Lutt, currently employs four full-time foreman, two landscape designers, several office/nursery staff and seasonal crew members.
We run four to five landscape crews during the season.
We are located in Wayne, NE and service the northeast Nebraska and Siouxland areas.
Our foremen are certified by the International Concrete Pavement Institute (ICPI).
Our experienced foremen have worked for the company for many years, some for more than 15 years.
Our designers hold degrees in Horticulture/Landscape Design and have over twenty years of combined experience.

At this time we will also talk about your project budget.

Country Nursery provides accurate, realistic, and reasonable estimates.
Country Nursery can coordinate your entire project starting with the design process all the way through the finished product.
You can count on Country Nursery to provide quality retaining walls, paver patios, walkways and driveways.

A newly planted shrub may need supplemental watering twice a week.
DO NOT OVER WATER!
If rainfall is not sufficient (generally 1/wkly) you should be watering your new landscape.
A soaker hose works well.
Let the hose run on an area for 2-3 hours.
Water your newly planted tree every 7-10 days.
If rainfall is not sufficient, more water may be needed.
A slow gentle soaking of the root zone of the tree is much more effective than watering by the trunk.
Do this for the first several weeks after planting, then cut back to twice per month, then once per month.
