His talk covered hands on experience, showing how to construct a beautiful stone column, how to make a beautiful planter to accent the top of the column, and the importance of structure in landscaping. Scott is an avid speaker, passionate about gardening and landscaping, and would love to share his years of knowledge and experience with you.

Services
The founder, Scott Powers, began his early years in the family greenhouse business called "Harpeth Valley Hardware and The Greenhouse Emporium", located in nearby Franklin.
It was during those years that Scott acquired a hands-on approach to what aesthetically completes a home - landscaping that appears to have been there for years, in other words, the art of naturalization.
Many homes benefit tremendously from a well-planned landscape plan; financially as an asset for selling but more importantly, the tranquility and satisfaction each homeowner experiences from utilizing this type of service.
Powers Landscaping has been in operation since 1979 as a premier residential and commercial Landscape Contractor in Williamson County and is fully licensed and insured.
Scott "has the eye" to evaluate your unique situation and needs, and to use his experience to create an extraordinary design.
A critical, yet often-overlooked factor, irrigation will keep your investment in grass and plantings safe for years to come.
An active member of a local Koi Fish Club, Scott understands the needs of koi and other ornamental fish, and can create a beautiful environment for the fish and their owners' enjoyment.
We fertilized and aerated and overseeded the lawn last fall.
We put a sprinkler system in the yard almost 20 years ago and they asked me about what we could do to enable them to water the garden they planted on the other side of a dry creek bed and we installed a quick Coupler that gave them ability to water with a garden hose the plantings in the garden.
We used a very large valve box that enabled a flex hose of 100 foot to be hidden out of site inside the Valve Box and has a connection for the garden hose that is attached and can be turned on when they desire it to be on.
