Since 1990 Mike McBride and Pat Comfort have owned & operated Trees Inc., a wholesale B&B (balled and burlapped) tree farm in the fertile, rich soils of Teton Valley, Idaho. Situated at an elevation of above 6,000 ft. With 200 acres of trees and shrubs and over 20 years of experience, Mike and Pat take great pride in growing high quality plant material, with meticulous detail given to packaging their B&B product, ensuring healthy longevity for delivery and installation.

Born and raised in Evergreen, Colorado, Michael moved to Jackson Hole, Wyoming in the late 1970's to pursue his passion for skiing and the mountain life.
After a few years of playing, traveling and working hard in the construction industry, he purchased his first piece of property, along with his partner Pat Comfort, in Alta, Wyoming with the idea of growing trees in the summer while enjoying the winter months.
Born and raised in Portland, Oregon, Pat continued his education at Oregon State University to study horticulture.

The heavy loamy soils that make up the western foothills of the valley also offer the perfect medium for growing and digging high quality plant material.
