People from as far as Indiana visit to select from the 28,000 square feet offering a variety of vegetable flowering plants in an 8 room greenhouse setting. Visitors this year will be delighted with some of the changes to Sunnyfield. New paver and decomposed walkways were installed over the winter and an expanded 100 x 60' display garden area will provide ideas for garden plots, roof-top gardening and rain gardens for sustainability.
Jeff says, "We have a huge selection of plants specifically for sustainable gardening projects." Vegetable gardeners will be delighted to select from not only standard vegetable plants but over 100 varieties of Tomato plants, 25 Heirloom Tomato and over 50 Pepper Plant varieties. Three local artists work including metal art, stained glass hangings and wood creations and an array of ceramic pots line the walkways and specialty room, unique gifts for all occasions.
