Did you miss the conference? We've added a video of the complete event, broken into six segments that you can peruse at leisure. We're anticipating this to be a hybrid event, with both in-person and online opportunities. We're pleased to share informative articles from Betty Goergen and other Demo Garden volunteers.

SALEM, Ore. - Two non-native and potentially invasive Cuban treefrogs (Osteopilus septentrionalis) were found Monday to be hitchhiking on nursery plants sold at one location in Oregon and another purchased online.ODFW advises that all nursery plant retailers and customers inspect all products and contact wildlife officials if any frogs or other species are found hitchhiking on or inside of a product.

Join the Linn County Master Gardener Volunteer Association for a lunchtime discussion of seasonal gardening topics. We're pleased to announce that the Linn County Master Gardeners chapter has been awarded the Marje Luce SFE award by the Oregon Master Gardener Association. This recognition also comes with a $250 cash prize.

The boards are held together by screws.
The screws we use are 1-5/8 inch self-tapping T-20 star drive screws.
You will cut four eight inch boards and six six inch boards.
The eight inch boards are used for the sides and six inch boards are for the top, bottom and back.
This would make four to five houses.
Ranee and I have enjoyed your questions and hearing how the bees are doing.
We encourage you to continue to ask questions and Rich will continue to answer as many as he can.
Remember, the next critical step is taking your cocoons (blocks and tubes) in on June first to avoid parasitic wasp damage.
This has been a challenging year for the bees and their 'owners' watching over them.
What we are hearing: for some, they see lots of bees and see many holes filling quickly while other holes on the same property are filling slowly if they are filling at all.
