I hope every one has prepared their soil for the incoming growing season.
Even though the temperatures have dropped, there is still a lot of activity BELOW the surface of the soil.
Remove all leaves from the lawn and garden.
Leftover leaves are ok in the winter.
However, when the spring rains come, the leaves can hinder, and actually prevent grass from growing in spots.
