Founded 29 years ago by owner Jeff Stroupe; Landscapes by Terra has grown to a multi-million dollar design/build landscape firm by focusing on craftsmanship, attention to detail, and loyalty to our clients.
The values that have come to define Landscapes by Terra, has allowed the company to grow to 12 installation crews and 3 estate maintenance crews.
While Jeff's many other responsibilities now prevent him from getting to meet as many new clients as he would like, he still visits project sites on a regular basis and still takes care of some of the same clients he started with in 1992.

After earning his degree in Landscape Horticulture from The Ohio State University, Jeff Stroupe began building the company that would become Landscapes by Terra.
Jeff started small, working for clients who lived along the route he used to travel delivering papers in the mornings.
Dependable since age 12 on a bike, Jeff proved even more so in his twenties on a skid steer.
Word traveled, and soon Jeff was in charge of complex projects, satisfying client after client by turning their imagined backyard into a reality.
