I was two years old when my Dad, Gerald A. Ripley Sr. started Ripley Construction in 1969.
I have been around heavy equipment my whole life.
Dad started to teach me how to operate a backhoe when I was twelve years old.
I enlisted into the United States Air Force in 1986.
While in the U.S.A.F.
I operated and trained others to operate, heavy equipment.
I also married my sweetheart Phyllis in 1987.
We have two children, Heather born in 1988 and Matthew born in 1989.
I finished my four year enlistment and was Honorably Discharged in 1990.

I received the name of Brian M. Ripley from a friend and was told that he had seen his work and we would do a good job.
Well I must say that when I met Brian that I was sure that he was going to do not only a good job but do it right.
Leveling out the side of a hill for a Pole Building required moving a lot of dirt and sculpting the hill so that the drainage would not all end up inside the building.
I am very happy with Brian's work and when the contractor started the building he said that the grade for the building site was one of the best he has seen.
