Copper Creek Garden Center warranties full-price trees and shrubs for one (1) year from date of purchase.
Perennials, annuals, veggies/herbs, sale items, and specialty plants are not warrantied.
A receipt and the plant must accompany all returns.
A replacement plant of equal value that is in stock in our yard will be issued.
A: You will need to bring your receipt (in order to verify date of purchase and plant purchased) with you as well as the plant itself.
A: We will inspect the plant to try to determine what went wrong.
