Hydro seeding is a grass planting process that has been used on everything from highways to residential lawns.
The process is fast, simple, economical, and efficient.
The hydro seeding process starts by mixing cellulose fiber mulch, grass seed, fertilizer and water in a tank to be mixed and pumped by a machine.
Once the mixture is fully blended it is then sprayed on the ground.
The material in the resulting mat enhances the seed germinating process.
It will stimulate the seeds to grow a healthy and deep root system and an even pattern of leaf stock.

Fertilizer: Nitrogen, potassium, and phosphorus are the macro-nutrients your lawn needs just as proteins, carbohydrates, and fats are what your body needs.
This spring fertilizer will give your lawn the necessary nutrition to green up and build a strong root system for the coming year.
Crabgrass: Even though we applied a crabgrass preventer during step #1, our job is never done.
To really effectively control that pesky weed, we need to apply a light "booster" of the crabgrass control.
This will extend and strengthen the control you will get over the crabgrass.

Thatch is a layer of grass stems, roots, clippings, and debris that settle on the ground and either slowly decompose or accumulate over time.
Thatch buildup is commonly found where grass has grown tall, mulch is frequently left, and lawns have never been aerated.
Thatch is most common in warm weather.
Dethatching is the process of removing thatch from your lawn.
Most thatchers fail to pick up debris which then needs to be raked up by hand and removed.
Because of the required hourly labor raking and removing the thatch and debris, this process is very time consuming and costly.
