Weeding, on a monthly or bi-weekly basis, to maintain a neat and clean appearance of all trees, shrubs, and flower beds.
Mulched areas will be covered with-unless specified otherwise-a minimum of three inches of double-cut, hard-wood bark mulch to maintain a neat and clean appearance.
