DIG Garden was launched in response to the need for highly skilled, specialized container, garden and plant care throughout greater Chicagoland. DIG Garden designs, installs and cares for beautiful container plantings and satisfying gardens. Aside from on-site landscape experience and horticultural expertise, my strength is in the personal DIG Garden attention.

I am able to focus all my attention to your specialty plants and gardens. I am committed to ensuring that your property is maintained to the highest standards and will work with your other service providers to make that happen. Provide attention to the details that are often overlooked through custom Garden Details maintenance services. Select containers, garden furnishings, ornaments or sculpture - from antique to vintage industrial to modern styles.

Design and manufacture custom pots, planters and boxes to specification in steel, concrete and wood. Maintain a roster of service companies I like and recommend - from lawn and tree care, landscape maintenance, hardscape, lighting, irrigation, large tree planting, drainage.
Services
I have been a professional landscaper and container designer for the last 10 years, and a gardener for as long as I can remember.
As a Garden Specialist and Director of Customer Care at a premier landscape company, I supported a large maintenance production team in their container designs, plant selection and care of seasonal annuals.
I traveled extensively from Hinsdale to Lake Geneva and worked in the most beautiful gardens, rooftops and homes in the area.
My main goal is to listen to your needs and style preferences, educate you on the available options and ultimately provide you with a garden plan that complements your lifestyle and budget.
I use the best plants, methods and equipment to maintain your containers and garden in the proper proportion and style.
My expertise and experience is in container garden design and planting.
I will work with you to develop a planting scheme to complement your home and enhance what you see in your outdoor space.
The season for garden care starts (weather permitting) in late March and continues into November.
During this season there is much work to be done in the perennial and vegetable gardens: spring clean-up, fertilization, compost application, perennial division, deadheading, weeding, staking, insect and disease management, cutting back and debris removal.
My team visits your property on a regular schedule throughout the spring, summer and fall.
These visits may occur weekly, twice monthly or periodically depending on the size and scope of the property.
