Alan Pardee and Greg Covey each have more than 25 years of experience providing site planning and design, project management, and construction documentation services to public and private clients for a wide variety of project types and scales.

Their project list includes public parks, urban plazas, university campuses, streetscapes, athletic facilities, industrial parks, commercial centers, multi-family housing developments, and private residences.

Covey Pardee Landscape Architects acted as principal landscape architect on this important local project, preparing the initial Master Plan for the project.
Work included significant collaboration with the Turtle Bay's Board of Directors, civil engineer, architect, environmental consultant, and general contractor, to develop a project that fit this environmentally sensitive on the edge of the Sacramento River, and meets the needs of the community.
The master plan provided the layout for pedestrian walks, the boardwalk, bicycle paths, roads, and parking, and detailed layout for the Paul Bunyan Forest Camp elements including lighting, specialized play equipment, structures, pedestrian paths, and the amphitheater.
In 2006, CPLA was retained to provide landscape design services for this multi-use city park in Redding, California.
Covey Pardee worked with city staff in the conceptual planning stage of the project, coordinated with the parks commission, and went on to prepare landscape construction documents, including grading design and construction layout, planting and irrigation design, and construction administration.
Since construction completion in 2008, Rivercrest Park has become an exceptionally popular park for area residents.
Covey Pardee Landscape Architects provided landscape architectural services for Southern Oregon University's new apartment style housing facility for upper-division undergraduate students.
Designed to take advantage of the sweeping views of the Siskiyou foothills surrounding Ashland, the building was sited to preserve and feature a large native oak tree at the main entry.
Covey Pardee was responsible for site grading, entry plazas, pedestrian walkways, irrigation, and planting design.

For Ashland School District's 2006 Capital Development Program, Covey Pardee provided site and landscape architectural design services for Ashland High School, and Walker, Bellview, and Helman elementary schools.
The bond measure improvements included renovation of existing buildings, construction of new buildings, and significant site improvements.
Covey Pardee's services ranged from complete site and landscape construction documents for Ashland High School's new auxiliary gymnasium to major planting and irrigation renovations for the three elementary schools.
Collaborating closely with the owner, architect and contractor for most of the 1990's, Alan Pardee worked to revitalize this northern California private retreat.
The 64,000-acre estate is in a mountainous area, heavily forested, with numerous creeks and the McCloud River coursing through it.
The site has been developed for many years, and contains fine examples of classic architecture.
