In 1997, Brian Stover established a lawn and landscape care business primarily focused on large Bucks County Estates.
Lawn and garden maintenance and simple design and construction were the primary services at the time.
Brian, 18 years old, full of grit and talent found a passion for hardscaping and masonry.
In 1999, Brian was exclusively MSHA-certified as a sub-contractor to hand-select boulders out of local quarries, which he would use to build boulder walls and waterfalls, and also sell to other contractors.
Lawn and garden maintenance and simple design and construction were the primary services at the time.

Hardscape or "hardscaping" consists of the inanimate elements of landscaping, namely masonry and woodwork.
For instance, enchanting stone walls and fireplaces, concrete or brick walkways, travertine or flagstone patios, paver paths, retaining walls and steps, decks, pergolas and pavilions, and water fountains are considered part of the hardscape.
Anything used in landscaping that is not part of the softscape (gardening elements like plants and trees) is considered a hardscape element.
