When Scott Sprick bought Bosch's from partner and company founder Barry Bosch in 2004, he had already been working with Barry for 14 years designing and installing hardscapes and plantings in the West Michigan region.
Russ Hillman joined him as partner two years later in 2006, after having managed his own landscaping business for several years.
