Installed 1,500 square feet of Tif-Tuf Bermuda in front and side yard.
Two large trees had been removed resulting in a large area that was basically dirt and wood chiPs.
Reaplced an area that was completly dirt on the side of a house with flagstone and gravel walkway.
Also, added a dry river bed to direct water away from house.
700 square foot Tif-Tuf Bermuda sod installation.
Existing gutters were draining into yard washing out grass creating a mud pit.
We installed 4 pipe to gutters so that water would drain into natural area in the front yard.

There are advantages to doing this as you will not use as much water and you will be getting a head start on establishing your lawn.
Even though the sod is dormant it will still root although more slowly; however as the temperatures increase the sod will take off.
Not all types of grass will be available during the winter, as most Zoysia grass types are only cut during the warmer months.
Various Bermuda grasses and Zenith Zoysia are available now.
