Yochum Landscaping has been serving the Coeur d'Alene and surrounding areas since 2003. Owner Chad Yochum started in the lawn care business in high school. Growing up in Lewiston and after a couple years at North Idaho College, he decided to start his business in Coeur d'Alene. After purchasing his first machine in 2004, Chad started installing landscapes in the area.
