Sprinkler Repair $65 service call for first hour plus parts, if longer than one hour there is an additional $35 per hour per man.
Most repairs fall in the hour, it has to be a major repair to take longer than an hour or require more than one man and you will be notified.
Sprinkler Backflow Test alone - you turn your water on, run through and adjust yourself and we ONLY backflow test $45.
We email the test report to your water purveyor and to you.
Water MUST BE ON for a backflow test.

Different sections of the lawn will sprout and come in at different rates in the first 4-6 weeks.
Some areas will come in thicker much faster.
This is normal and expected with seeding due to differing sun, shade, and water.
Stay the course and water and fertilize and keep weeds chopped off.
Keep traffic to a bare minimum until after the 3rd mowing.
DO NOT rake or disturb hydroseed before it sprouts, even over cooler months when you see nothing happening.
It is IMMENSELY important to fertilize the tender grass sprouts.

I have a valve stuck running that won't shut off with the timer or an active water leak in the sprinklers and I need to shut it off until I can get it fixed!
If you cannot shut off the main water to the sprinklers, you can shut the water off at your backflow device to stop the flow of water from there.
The Double Check Valve has two handles and to stop the water you only need to turn off one of them completely clockwise 90 degrees to stop the water flow completely.
It is the same, you turn one of the handles on the above ground valve 90 degrees and the water will stop flowing there.
