The head designer and owner Chad Hunt is a graduate of the University of Kentucky Landscape Architecture program. Chad has been around the landscape industry since his teenage years. Growing up on a working farm taught him how to operate heavy equipment, large trucks, and the benefit of a hard day's work. In early college years, he worked on the landscape crews at Kentucky Kingdom.
There he learned more about plants, construction, and landscape maintenance. Chad went on to work for a few other large landscape design build companies and gained a vast knowledge of the outdoor industry in those years that he now applies to his design work. With a leader that has such in-depth construction knowledge, we know what is needed to construct large projects with great attention to detail.
We enjoys taking on large residential and commercial projects. We works with the customer during the whole process from design to construction, all the way up to the finishing touches.

Step 2. The landscape designer takes all the information gathered in the initial meeting and starts to create a concept design for the space.
Many factors come into play such as soil conditions, sun location, amount of sun received through the day, water issues and drainage, and all other issues that relate to the property and the Louisville Kentucky environment.
After the concept drawing is done the landscape designer will start to put together the presentation drawing.
With some larger projects the designer will meet a second time with the homeowner to present the concept ideas to make sure they are on the right track.
