During the initial walkthrough of your property, we perform a needs assessment, a site analysis, and an initial exploration of design possibilities.
Our designer uses the information from that meeting to create a custom design which is then presented to you.
Our experienced installation crew takes the plan from paper to reality, using a range of high quality plant material, hardscaping, and lighting.

To make sure your backyard is suitable for sod, we check the condition of the soil, evaluate sun exposure, and take measurements of the property.
Before your sod is installed, your current grass is removed, soil is tilled, property is leveled, and then your new lawn is put into place!
To insure freshness and highest quality product, Sod is picked up the morning of installation.
We also design and install custom artificial grass which creates a clean and usable backyard space.

We included varieties of switchgrass, rose, juniper, fescue, and sedum.
Two sections of deck-level 4 deep LiveRoof green roof trays were part of the design.
After a two year period of demolition and redevelopment, we installed the landscaping this June.

We hired Greenlawn this year for full-service landscaping after several years of “mow and go” landscapers and could not be happier with their service. Dee, the owner, came out several times for consultations and was very helpful. She made recommendations, and we had them add pollinator plants to our front garden. It looks great! The crew who trims and weeds does excellent work as does the weekly lawn crew. They always wear masks, unlike other landscapers I see in our neighborhood. We have had 3 other landscape companies do our yard in the past 6 years. Greenlawn is hands down the best! Thank you Dee, Marla and your wonderful team.
