We work very hard to provide our customers with quality plants and the best information on how to care for them.
However, if a plant should die, we offer a one time replacement warranty on trees, shrubs, and perennials labeled for hardiness zones 1-5.
You may choose the same plant of another of equal or lesser value to your original purchase as your replacement.
Receipt and dead plant must be presented in order to obtain a replacement.
In the event that a replacement cannot be found, you will be issued a store credit for the original purchase price, but no refunds will be given.
